Any changes to the agreed scope of work may result in a price adjustment, which will be communicated before work continues whenever possible.
3. Scheduling & Access
Customers are responsible for providing reasonable access to the service area on the scheduled service date. This includes unlocking gates, securing pets, and removing personal items or obstacles when requested.
Missed appointments or denied access may result in rescheduling delays or service fees.
4. Weather & Delays
Landscaping services are weather-dependent. Personal Touch Landscaping reserves the right to reschedule services due to rain, storms, unsafe conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
5. Property Conditions & Damage
Customers acknowledge that normal landscaping work may involve inherent risks, including minor turf disturbance, debris movement, or incidental wear to landscaping features.
Personal Touch Landscaping is not responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden items, underground utilities not properly marked, or fragile property features not disclosed prior to service.
6. Payments
Payment terms will be communicated prior to service. Failure to submit payment as agreed may result in service suspension or collection efforts.
